We’ve teamed up with the Latino Breakfast Club and Neighborhood News to bring breakfast networking to the far west of San Antonio!  Our lunch meetings are great, but not everyone can make it.  Sometimes it’s easier to stop by an event on the way to work.

So we’ve created the Northwest Networking Group Breakfast Mixer!  The mixers aren’t designed to be a sales  pitch event – please discuss business, and network, but please don’t come expecting to pitch a sale to everyone at the event, there isn’t time!

It’s a very simple process:

• A local business hosts the event – expect at least 30-50 guests (it does not have to be at your place of business)
• The host will provide ample room and parking for the meeting, and a few tables for snacks and drinks, and business cards/flyers
• The host will let everyone possible know about their mixer! (PROMOtivations will draft up an ad that you can forward to everyone)
• The Host (or another local business) hosts the snacks (donuts, fruits, etc)
• The Host (or another local business) hosts the drinks (coffee, tea, etc)
• PROMOtivations, Neighborhood News, and the Latino Breakfast Club will spread the word!
• PROMOtivations will use various online social media tools to also advertise the event

PROMOtivations will also show up and welcome the guests, direct them to specific areas (if needed), and generally direct the schedule.  Usually we’ll do introductions of everyone in attendance about 8:00 am, beginning with a gracious introduction of the host.   Occasionally room/mixer dynamics call for a different intro time, and that will be determined at the mixer.  After the introductions, the host will have the opportunity to announce any specials or events to the group.

As host, please remember that some of your guests may stay for a while!  PROMOtivations will stay as long as possible.  Mixers are scheduled to end at 9:30 am.

As a guest, please arrive on time, and bring plenty of business cards!
